This type of strap will fit perfectly to your <a title=\"Alex\" href=\"https:\/\/sacotin.com\/en\/boutique\/alex-bag-pattern\/\">Alex messenger bag<\/a>\u00a0for example.<\/p>\n<p>Voici the adjustable strap tutorial.<\/p>\n<h1>Adjustable strap {Tutorial}<\/h1>\n<h2>Supplies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 to 2 meters (1.7 to 2.2 yards) of cotton or polypropylene webbing<\/strong> <em>or<\/em> a\u00a0strap sewn by you.\u00a0<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 ring slider<\/strong>\u00a0its width should be equal to that of the strap.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 or 2 rings<\/strong>\u00a0their\u00a0width should be equal to that of the strap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technically one ring is sufficient but if you prefer your adjustable strap to be symmetrical, you can use 2. Fold <\/strong>the tab, wrong sides together, aligning edges.<br \/>\n<strong>4.\u00a0<\/strong>With a zipper foot,<strong> topstitch <\/strong>as close to the ring as possible.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Tip :<\/strong><\/em> Because of the thickness, it is impossible to pin a strap. Fold the strap on itself, <\/strong>turning under 1.5 cm (1\/2&#8243;).<em> If the the end of your home-made strap is already finished, no need to turn under the edge !<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Stitch the end <\/strong>to the strap down. Feed the free strap end trough the ring attached to the tab, <\/strong>strap wrong side against ring.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Be careful not to twist the strap !<\/em><\/p>\n<figure
