What fabrics should you use to sew your luggage tag?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As always, the fabrics that I recommend for the pattern are listed in the supplies table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your machine does not handle thicknesses well<\/strong>, I advise you to use a fine quilting-type cotton for both the exterior fabric and the lining<\/strong>. As you will see below, this is what I used for the majority of my luggage tags. It is also the choice of fabric which will facilitate a pretty finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I make it an essential point to create and sew all Sac\u00f4tin patterns on a mid-range domestic sewing machine (Janome DC4030), and not on an industrial or semi-industrial one, in order to be sure that the making of the pattern is possible at home. But, as always, your choice of fabrics is decisive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
